Our Story

Phyllis's love for cooking began with the fond memories she had as a little girl, watching her Aunt Sally prepare deep South  dishes for their large, close-knit family. The tantalizing aroma that filled the air and the smiles of contentment on the faces of her loved ones ignited an unquenchable passion within her.

Growing up in the heart of the deep south, Phyllis honed her culinary skills and found her niche in creating gourmet Southern cuisine. However, her signature golden-brown biscuits became the talk of the neighborhood. The delicious scent would waft through the streets, enticing hungry neighbors from blocks away. Chris, the son of Phyllis, has made the heartfelt decision to share the beloved recipes passed down through generations by establishing Phyllis Restaurant.
