Chicken Sausage Breakfast Plate review by Valencia
This is my second time eating here and I have not been disappointed!!! The food is cooked with care and to perfection and seasoned just right!! The portions are more than expected. My meal with the extra sweet potato pancakes fed myself and my coworker. There is nothing like a good southern breakfast!! Don't hesitate to go and eat here!

I reserved this restaurant for a 32 person breakfast event for my daughter's graduation on 5/22/2026. It was a great experience. The servers and the food were excellent! Chef Q and all other staff were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Phyllis Marietta for both your intimate and large party needs!

The food was amazing and absolutely loved sweet potatoe pancakes! The shrimp and grits was chef's 💋 and the portion was enough for two people. I will definitely be back to try the lobster!

There are several reasons to try this restaurant but I will give MY top reasons that Phyllis will be a go to for me! The staff, Irene was wonderful! Super friendly, made us feel welcomed and answered all of our menu questions and I had the most since I have an egg and crustacean (the good season) allergies. Really wanted the catfish and I always ask at restaurants if the fish is cooked in same grease as other seafood. The catfish at Phyllis' is not fried in the same grease as the lobster, shrimp etc. You have an option to have grits with or without cheese! Without cheese is my favorite way to have stone ground grits. In my opinion these were the best stone ground grits I've had at any restaurant. They were full of flavor, the right consistency and the portion was so on point! The fish and grits were absolutely hands down 200% good. My friend has the sweet potato pancakes, although she said they were very good, she wanted to taste a little more sweet potato! Our cocktails were very good and not overpriced! Appreciated not having gratuity automatically added for 2 people, totally understand if added for large parties. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the above item and the Catfish was so delicious, nice and crispy and yet the fish was so moist and yummy. My husband ordered the Catfish and grits and those grits were the best grits I have eaten... Definitely going back.
